Operator 1 - 2nd Shift
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform machine set-up/changeover to produce the required product or components by making mechanical adjustments to meet product specifications.
- Perform first time set-up of equipment for new products through programming, profiling, and mechanical/ software adjustments.
- Operate equipment to achieve production requirements and quality goals. Make minor adjustments to correct machine output as needed.
- Perform manual production operations as required, e.g., apply labels, place components, load and unload equipment.
- Visually inspect machine output to verify proper assembly and workmanship standards are being met.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities in accordance with machine operation manual or maintenance work instruction.
- Maintain neat and orderly work areas and comply with all safety rules
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2+ years of experience setting up and operating machines, or may need 0 years of experience with additional specialized training and/or certification
- Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings
- Ability to read, write, and speak English

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequent hand motion and repetitive tasks requiring hand eye coordination for assembling parts, occasional immediate reaching and overhead reaching to perform various duties, frequent standing to perform various duties, occasional walking for short amounts of time to perform various duties, extended sitting for long periods of time at desk or workstation.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
