HR Coordinator
- Provide ad hoc administrative and project support to the Human Resources department.
- Provide light executive support to the CEO (i.e. calendar management, expense reports as needed)
- Maintain accurate and up to date personnel files/employee records ensuring compliance with privacy/data protection regulations.
- Complete HRIS data entry, reporting and password resets; ensure data integrity within Dayforce/Zenoti.
- Own the HR email inbox and respond or triage as necessary.
- Responsible for assisting with onboarding and off-boarding HQ employees:
- Follow onboarding SOP including I9 completion, office tours, etc.
- Assist with processing HR Changes across multiple platforms such as hiring, title/role changes, pay adjustments, terminations, etc.
- Collaborate with Payroll to correct payroll processing errors as needed.
- Maintain weekly and monthly reports, data points and key HR metrics including headcount, tenure adjustments, and key organization contacts.
- Support key HR initiatives and projects including but not limited to annual experience survey, annual open enrollment, job descriptions, SOPs, etc.
- Assist with Benefits Administration tasks such as COBRA entries, benefit changes/enrollments, and enrollment communication.
- Provide HQ office support for supplies, mail/stamps, setting meetings, greeting guests, BD/Anniversary/Baby gifts, scanning invoices to A/P, etc.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive office culture through the creation/maintenance of an annual culture calendar, annual Holiday Schedule, organizing events and celebrations.
- 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or proven experience in HR Coordination.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating a vibrant and inclusive work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving ability, attention to detail and the ability to think critically in a fast- paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and privacy.

- Must be proficient in systems, Excel, Word as well as PowerPoint.

- Ability to work in the office at the Tricoci HQ at least 4 days / week.
