Bilingual Administrative Assistant
LaSalle Network is hiring a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support a fast-growing organization in Franklin Park, IL. This full-time, onsite role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates confidently in both English and [Language], and excels at keeping office operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with leadership and various departments, helping drive projects, support daily operations and serve as a key liaison for internal and external communication.
Compensation: $20–$22/hourBenefits: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance
Location: Franklin Park, IL
Work Model: 100% onsite
What’s the job?
Manage calendars, schedule meetings and prepare documents
Translate emails, documents and internal communications between English and [Language]
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners onsite and virtually
Handle data entry, filing and document management
Support special projects, meetings and event coordination
What’s needed?
Fluency in English and [Language] (written and verbal)
1+ year of administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common software tools
Ability to work onsite daily in Franklin Park, IL
