We are a growing truckload carrier based in the Midwest, committed to employing the safest, most professional drivers in the nation. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Driver Recruiter to join our team at our Minooka, IL office.

Position Summary:
As a Driver Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding qualified truck drivers who align with our high standards of safety and professionalism. You will be the first point of contact for potential candidates and will be responsible for promoting our driver program while managing the application and hiring process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit and communicate with prospective drivers via phone, email, and other outreach methods.

• Promote the company’s driving opportunities and benefits to attract top talent.

• Guide applicants through the full recruiting and onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documents and requirements are completed accurately and promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress within our applicant tracking systems.

• Collaborate with operations and safety teams to ensure smooth transition and orientation of new hires.

• Stay informed on industry trends and DOT regulations to better serve potential candidates.

Qualifications:

• Positive, upbeat attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

• Proficient with office technology and administrative processes.

• Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is preferred but not required.

• Previous recruiting experience is a plus .
