Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, guests, and staff with professionalism and courtesy

• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently

• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and front desk operations

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed

• Handle confidential information with discretion
