We are looking for a motivated and confident Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Evanston IL. Our state-of-the-art office is located just north of downtown Chicago. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about Chiropractic, helping others, working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. The incoming chiropractor will assume roles of managing existing and new patients, joining our team of 6 other doctors, and will work directly with the marketing staff for new patient flow and community engagement. We offer weekly coaching, advanced techniques (ART, McKenzie, Dry Needling, Diversified Adjusting), and state-of-the-art equipment, including Class IV Laser, Shockwave, and Spinal Decompression.

Our full-time marketing team works to bring new patients, helping build and sustain a busy schedule. We utilize a range of leading techniques, including Active Release Technique, McKenzie, Dry Needling, and Diversified Adjusting, ensuring our patients receive top-tier care. Our practice is equipped with Class IV Laser, Shockwave technology, and Spinal Decompression, supporting amazing patient outcomes and enhancing recovery. We have a deep passion to heal our patients through chiropractic care and see them thrive in life. Duties:
-Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
-Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
-Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
-Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
-Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, wellness and preventative care, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
-Chiropractic Care -adjustments ART, McKenzie, and Dry Needling, Graston, DNS, Diversified adjusting, Motion Palpation, various therapies and modalities
-Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
-Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
-Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
-Attend staff meetings
-Attend 2-4 continuing education/personal development courses each year

Requirements:
-Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
-Active Chiropractic license in IL
-Strong certification in/knowledge of ART, McKenzie, and Dry Needling a plus.
Schedule:
-Full time (30 hrs/week)

Salary (range):
-$75,000-$90,000 with monthly bonuses based on production
