Director of lead generation

One of Americas Largest manufacturer of remolding products has a top opportunity for a Director of Lead Generation, including call center oversight. Our manufacturing footprint has one of the top growing dealer networks in North America. Due to heavy demand from our national 1000+ dealer network, our call center lead generation development is a must. We are currently operating a 40+ state-in-house call center, and we are looking for the right driver to take our already proven system to the next phase of our growth. SUMMARY
Key responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and developing staff through hiring, training, and coaching. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of call center technology and metrics. This role will work closely with the Call Center Director, Affiliate Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to track, forecast, and optimize media sources, leads, and call transfers to deliver leads against budgets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create Monthly and Annual leads and call transfers forecasts.
- Work with the Affiliate Manager to measure, budget and optimize each media source.
- Work with the Call Center Director to forecast and budget call center transfers and track call conversions.
- Monitor overall lead performance throughout the lead funnel, and optimize the quality and quantity of leads provided to the dealer network.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, handling time, and customer satisfaction. Analyze call data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance quality and productivity.
- Identify and present opportunities to optimize dealer lead campaigns.
- Prepare and present reports on call center performance, objectives, and action plans to senior management.
