Supplier Analyst
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Supplier Analyst in Naperville, IL. Duties:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and brokers to foster long-term partnerships and drive cost efficiencies
- Support supplier onboarding and troubleshoot supplier costing issues within the organization's supplier management platform
- Negotiate and execute supplier agreements focused on reducing acquisition costs while ensuring favorable terms and compliance
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, to align supplier cost agreements with broader business objectives
- Apply best practices in cost management, driving continuous process improvement and operational excellence
- Deliver results against key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier pricing, cost management, and savings initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize landed costs and support overall business performance
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience in supplier management, supplier negotiations, procurement, sourcing, or landed cost optimization
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments is preferred
