Product Owner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to support a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, technical environment. This role requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to work independently while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders. The position is primarily office-based, with regular interaction across local teams, global teams, and customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze, document, and support technical or operational processes related to assigned projects
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and process updates with a high level of accuracy
• Coordinate tasks and information across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Participate in team meetings, reviews, and cross-functional discussions
• Communicate effectively with external customers to gather information, clarify requirements, or provide updates as needed

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity (internship experience is acceptable)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven collaboration experience working with teams on complex topics and shared responsibilities
• Ability to work independently while also enjoying team-based problem-solving
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with technical or complex information and translate it into clear documentation
• Experience supporting or coordinating work across technical teams
• Proficiency with standard office tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., documentation tools, spreadsheets, communication tools)
