Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced and polished Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars for senior executives, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritization
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics
• Prepare and process expense reports and timesheets accurately and on time
• Plan and organize internal meetings and events, including catering and visitor coordination
• Serve as the primary point of contact for leaders, handling sensitive information with discretion
• Assist with presentations, communications, and general administrative support as needed
• Partner with other administrative professionals to ensure smooth cross-team coordination

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Professional communication and interpersonal abilities, with comfort interacting across all levels of an organization
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and work independently
• Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines

Additional Details:

• Hybrid schedule: On-site Monday–Thursday, remote on Fridays
• Must be available to start quickly and commit to an ongoing temporary assignment
