Kitchen Assistant
Carolyn’s Krisps is looking for a reliable, hands-on part-time Kitchen Assistant to join our growing production team. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently—you’ll be a key support to our Manager and Assistant Manager and an integral part of our small but mighty team. Weekday availability required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll help maintain the fl ow of production and support day-to-day kitchen operations. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
● Assisting with packaging and bagging of fi nished products
● Ingredient prep for for production runs
● Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and workspace
● Assisting with inventory organization and tracking
● Supporting shipping and order ful fi llment
WHO YOU ARE
● A proactive, “jump in wherever needed” team player
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen or manufacturing environment
● You understand how a kitchen works and flows, and are always looking for how to make processes more efficient
● Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
● Someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, streamlined, and running smoothly
QUALIFICATIONS
● Previous kitchen or food manufacturing experience and knowledge required
● Must have (or be willing to obtain) a ServSafe Food Handler certi fi cation
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs & ability to stand for extended periods (full shift)
