Veterinary Client Care Specialist

Good Life Veterinary Care is growing and we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, caring and compassionate PART-TIME Client Care Specialist to join our team! Our mission is to help pets and people live good lives together by providing compassionate comprehensive health and behavior care for dogs and cats. We care for our clients as well as our patients and have developed a wonderful, appreciative clientele since opening in 2019.

A successful candidate should possess the following:

• Be available to work 10 hour days on Wednesday and Thursday each week with the possibility of an additional day if desired (total of 20-30 hours per week)
• Be service-oriented, dedicated, friendly, professional, empathetic, organized and competent
• The ability to follow directions with and without supervision, address client concerns in a professional and compassionate manner and use problem solving abilities to provide clients with exceptional service
• Exceptional communication skills with both clients and coworkers and a positive attitude
• 2+ years of veterinary client service experience in a small animal clinic
