Operator Mandate
We are looking for an experienced Operator. This is a unique Owner / Operator opportunity with a Salary + Equity stake.
Goal: Institutionalise founder-driven operations, safeguard contract renewals, and grow revenue to $25MM+ from +$15MM within three years
Scope: Full P&L, strategic plan, contract management, supplier negotiations, tech/ERP upgrade, business development on customer and supplier side
+5 years with operational leadership role in distribution (B2G preferred but not necessary)
Excellent business development skills
Proven P&L responsibility
Hands-on operator comfortable with ERP roll-outs
