Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Multiple contract positions are open for the 2026-2027 school year in various locations near Naperville, IL—all offering the chance to make an immediate impact.

Current openings include:

• Lake in the Hills, IL: 16 students, 15 hours/week
• Morton Grove, IL: 9 students, 5-7 hours/week
• Oak Lawn, IL: 29 students, 15-20 hours/week
• Plainfield, IL: 22 students, 15 hours/week
• Rockford, IL: Caseload to be determined, 15 hours/week

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Illinois state licensure (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage varying caseload sizes and student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for identified students
• Develop and implement IEP goals and evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Provide direct therapy and consultation as outlined in each student’s plan
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation and progress notes
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the broader educational team
