Education Director, Medical Device
My cardiology medical device client is expanding and seeks an Education Director.
The ideal candidate will take on the following tasks:
- Develop plans to expand utilization of the device across Fellows.
- In targeted accounts, educate Fellows on the clinical evidence demonstrating device efficacy.
- Drive device adoption by developing consultative relationships with Fellows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and drive utilization of tools and programs targeted at Fellows.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of consultative selling experience in medical devices, biotech, or pharma.
- Experience in developing a market, including sales strategy development, key tactics, execution, and performance metrics required.
- Ability to work autonomously and travel 50-80%.
