Platform Engineer (DevOps / CI/CD / Automation / Observability) DETAILS Location : Remote Position Type : 16M Contract Hourly / Salary : to $90W2 based on experience) JOB SUMMARY Vaco is currently seeking a Platform Engineer (DevOps / CI/CD / Automation / Observability) for a 16M Contract that is remote. The Platform Engineer will support a large-scale enterprise cloud data platform initiative focused on provisioning, automating, securing, monitoring, and optimizing Snowflake environments within Azure. The Platform Engineer will lead platform engineering efforts by implementing Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, observability, security integration, and cloud governance while ensuring the Snowflake platform remains scalable, reliable, secure, and cost efficient. The ideal Platform Engineer will possess strong Snowflake platform administration experience combined with Azure cloud engineering, DevOps automation, and enterprise platform operations expertise. This is a cloud platform engineering role focused on automation and operational excellence rather than traditional database administration.
