Summary
Our client is seeking two experienced Recruiter – Pharmacy Talent Acquisition professionals to join a newly established Pharmacy Talent Acquisition initiative supporting pharmacist hiring across multiple states. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building a high-impact recruiting function that allows Pharmacy Leadership to focus on operations while you drive the full recruitment lifecycle for one of the organization's most critical talent segments.
Each recruiter will partner directly with a dedicated Pharmacy Hiring Manager and manage recruiting efforts across a territory of approximately 7–8 states. The successful candidate is a senior-level recruiter who functions as a trusted talent advisor rather than simply filling requisitions. They are confident engaging passive candidates, understand competitive talent markets, and are comfortable respectfully challenging hiring managers to move quickly when top talent is identified. They possess a consultative approach, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to effectively communicate why candidates should consider joining a nationally recognized healthcare organization.

What You Will Be Accountable For

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for licensed pharmacist positions across a multi-state territory.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive pharmacist candidates.
  • Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search techniques, networking, and internet sourcing methods.
  • Screen, qualify, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with hiring requirements.
  • Serve as the primary recruiting partner to Pharmacy Managers and Group Pharmacy Managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Consult with hiring leaders on recruiting strategy, market conditions, candidate availability, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Actively market the organization as an employer of choice while effectively communicating the value proposition to pharmacist candidates.
  • Drive candidate movement throughout the recruiting lifecycle while minimizing delays and reducing requisition aging.
  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to ensure interviews, feedback, and offer decisions occur in a timely manner.
  • Influence stakeholders to maintain recruiting momentum and avoid losing top talent in a competitive marketplace.
  • Track recruiting activity, candidate pipeline health, and hiring progress within the applicant tracking system.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

What Qualifications You Need

  • 4-5 years extensive experience managing full-cycle recruiting within a corporate or agency recruiting environment.
  • Healthcare, clinical, and licensed healthcare recruiting experience.
  • Pharmacy recruiting experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting difficult-to-find or highly specialized talent.
  • Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using multiple recruiting channels.
  • Advanced Boolean search expertise.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Internet sourcing tools
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage recruiting pipelines.
