· Ability to multitask projects with accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skill.
· Exceptional customer service skills; over the phone, by email, and in person.
· Strong administrative skills including but not limited to filing, updating owner records, internal database software.
· Distribute incoming mail on a daily basis
· Mail letters to homeowners regarding association matters
· Scheduling of clubhouse rentals.
· Preparing pool passes and collecting necessary information from homeowners.
· Dealing with homeowner Architectural Modification requests and follow up with requested documentation.
· Filing on a weekly basis
· Filing of violations issued by property manager and mail to homeowners.
· Collecting insurance and census forms and updating association files.
· Create monthly newsletter
· Cleaning and straightening up of clubhouse office
· Supply Inventory
· Other duties may apply
