A private club in Chicago is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their exceptional team!
Ideal candidate is a chef that:
- has experience in a market style operation
- has previously overseen and supervised kitchen in all phases of food storage, production, purchasing, requisitioning and sanitation
- loves to mentor and lead a team!
- has a passion for reaching for excellence with the idea that we can always do better
