Communications Program Manager

- Salary: $95,040 - $135,000 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement external and internal communications programming for the business and ensure consistent corporate image /company brand is communicated and maintained across all internal and external outlets
- Aid in the development, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive external and internal verbal, visual and written communication practices
- Support the communication needs of the business and its leaders, by driving and executing various communication initiatives and programs
- Manage the day-to-day execution of employee communications, attend meetings and events, gather data, and create communications to disseminate information to employees and stakeholders, as appropriate
- Oversee and manage the company intranet, including reviewing, editing, and publishing company news, announcements, and ongoing content generation
- Support organizational initiatives by creating communications and other promotional tactics to distribute information to employees and stakeholders inclusive of change management plans
- Any other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 plus years of related experience, or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 8 plus years of related experience.
- Experience with electronic communications (intranet, video, social media).
- Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage distribution industry and trends.
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Experience with content design.
