The Coating Masking Department team plays a vital role in the manufacturing process by applying coatings, preparing masking materials, demasking finished parts, supporting logistics, and ensuring quality standards are met. Working primarily in Elk Grove Village, IL, this position offers opportunities on both first and second shifts with competitive starting pay.
Responsibilities
- Apply coatings accurately to parts following specifications.
- Prepare masking materials for coating processes.
- Perform demasking procedures to remove protective coverings.
- Support logistics activities related to material movement and handling.
- Conduct quality inspections to verify coating standards.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently within the department.
