The Role: Impact & Authority

As Project Manager, you aren't just a task-tracker—you are the CEO of your project. You will have the significant responsibility and authority to lead multi-million dollar developments from preconstruction through closeout.

• Be the Strategy: Lead preconstruction efforts, solicit bids, and perform high-level estimates to secure and set the foundation for new wins.

• Empower the Team: Mentor the next generation by supervising Project Engineers and Interns, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.

• Own the Financials: Independently manage cost control, forecasting, and change management with the precision of a financial analyst.

• Innovate & Solve: Identify "critical path" bottlenecks and design conflicts before they ever hit the field.

• Represent the Brand: Act as the primary face of the firm to clients, architects, and the public, building the relationships that drive our future growth.

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for a rare mix of field intelligence and executive mindset.

• Experience: 5 to 7+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in commercial construction.

• Technical Literacy: You are a pro with the modern stack—Procore, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and BIM are your standard tools.

• The "Builder" Lens: A thorough understanding of construction means, methods, and risk management across all trades.

• Leadership: The ability to negotiate, write scope, and hold subcontractors to the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. LEED AP status is a major plus.
