Join AXA Partners as an Infrastructure Solution Specialist – Lead the Design & Build of Critical Global Infra Services!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the architecture design, build, and optimization of global infrastructure solutions, including virtualization, servers, storage, and backup systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable 24x7 infrastructure services.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, roadmaps, and diagrams for current and future infrastructure solutions aligned with AXA’s strategic and security standards.
• Provide Level 3/4 technical support, troubleshooting complex incidents and ensuring continuous service improvement.
• Drive modernization initiatives by integrating next-generation technologies such as automation, cloud-native principles, and AI into infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure all solutions meet security policies, compliance standards, and Business Continuity requirements, including disaster recovery (DR) planning.
• Participate in global on-call support rotations, ensuring seamless 24/7 infrastructure availability across regions.
• Support infrastructure projects such as data center moves, security upgrades, and platform obsolescence, ensuring smooth execution and handover to BAU teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Over 8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with at least 5 years in solution architecture design and build.
• Proven expertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), operating systems (Windows, Linux), storage, and backup solutions.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices, infrastructure hardening, and tooling (e.g., Qualys, firewalls, network security).
• Hands-on experience with scripting, automation, and cloud-native deployment principles.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft MSCA, VMware, Linux, Security) or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex multi-layered infrastructure issues.
• Strong communication skills in English, with proven ability to collaborate across regions and teams.
• Knowledge of networking, distributed services (Active Directory, DNS, Citrix), and telephony infrastructure (Avaya, Genesys) is a plus.

• Salary range: $107,766 - $134,708 based on experience
