How You'll Make An Impact In This Role
Deliver hands-on patient care under the direction of an RN, including assisting with physician-ordered treatments and clinical procedures.
Support patients with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, and transport while preserving dignity, comfort, and independence.
Observe, document, and promptly communicate changes in patients' physical, emotional, or mental condition to the nursing team to support timely care decisions.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment by identifying potential safety risks, responding to emergent situations, and taking appropriate corrective action.
What Minimum Requirements You'll Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
