IMPORTANT: THIS IS A MAINTENANCE LEADERSHIP ROLE Randstad USA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a 24/7 food manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for developing maintenance personnel, improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting blending and packaging operations across multiple production areas.

This position is responsible for leading approximately 14 maintenance mechanics supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation across four production crews.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading maintenance teams, coaching technicians, managing maintenance priorities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing
• 2+ years leadership, supervisory, or lead experience
• Experience training and developing employees
• strong maintenance background supporting production equipment
• PLC troubleshooting knowledge
• CMMS experience required
• SAP experience preferred
• strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities What They're Looking For ✔ Proven maintenance leadership and employee development experience

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance mechanics
• Assign and prioritize maintenance work activities

• Reduce downtime through troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Manage work orders and maintenance documentation within SAP
• Monitor equipment reliability and performance metrics
• Support blending and packaging operations
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate priorities
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, and maintenance procedures
