We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Grinder Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery and tools, with a strong focus on quality and precision. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment to ensure efficient production processes. Your expertise in programming, quality inspection, and the use of precision measuring instruments will be essential in delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate stamping presses, laser cutting machines, and grinding equipment according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to maintain high standards.
• Use hand tools and tooling effectively for adjustments and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Operate forklifts safely to transport materials within the facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in programming is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with stamping press operations and laser cutting techniques.
• Strong understanding of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers.
• Ability to use hand tools effectively for machine setup and maintenance.
• Experience with quality inspection processes to ensure product integrity.
• Forklift certification is a plus; ability to operate forklifts safely is required.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.
