Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities Communicate Effectively: Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to answer questions and resolve concerns. Problem Solve: Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Process Requests: Manage customer accounts, process orders, and handle returns or exchanges accurately and efficiently. Maintain Records: Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot). Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and helpful recommendations. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field. Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and experience using CRM software. Soft Skills: High level of empathy, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
