General Kinematics is a leading multi-national vibratory manufacturing company dedicated to providing innovative solutions and services to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Infor Syteline ERP Technical Analyst to join our team
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Infor Syteline/CSI ERP V9/V10 application.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users for all ERP-related issues.
- Work with business users to identify, document, and implement solutions that enhance business operational efficiency using SDLC and Agile processes and documentation.
- Design, develop and maintain configurations and customizations (forms, IDOs, and application events) of SyteLine modules to meet business requirements.
- Design, develop and maintain SQL stored procedures, triggers, and views.
- Design, develop and maintain custom reports using SSRS, Power BI, or Infor Reporting tools.
- Design, develop and maintain integrations between SyteLine and external systems and applications such as DocTrak, SigmaNest, CadTalk, Salesforce, Azure and Power BI to enhance ERP functionality and efficiency.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional ERP projects and process improvement initiatives
- Design, develop and support testing cycles (Unit, SIT, and UAT) for all Syteline and custom solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions with business users and stakeholders to document business process requirements that can be used to deliver solutions, create training / testing documents, and standard operating procedures.
- Stay informed of the latest Infor Syteline features and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and accounting processes.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Infor Syteline Administrator, programmer, or developer with a successful track record of process development and reporting.
- Proficient in SQL and Visual Studio (VB.Net)
- Strong hands-on experience using the Mongoose framework, Infor ION and Ming.le,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Preferences:
- Proficiency in any of the following software: Azure Data Warehouse and MS Power BI, Cad Talk, Microsoft Office VBA Integrations, SigmaNest, AWS, & Salesforce.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: $120,000 to $140,000 paid annually. The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, geography, and internal equity.
