Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Healthcare Office Manager to join our team at our Northbrook, IL location. As an on-site Office Manager, you will oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, supervising office staff, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and providing excellent customer service to clients and their families. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and organized environment that supports the delivery of high-quality care.
