Busser/Cleaner/Dishwasher
Location: Doma CafePosition Type: Part-time (3–4 days per week)
Required Availability: Saturday & Sunday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (must be available both days)
About the role
We are looking for a reliable, fast, and highly organized team member to join our café support staff. This position combines bussing, dishwashing, and full café cleaning responsibilities. The right candidate takes pride in keeping spaces spotless, works with urgency, and understands the importance of teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
This role is essential to keeping the café running smoothly and maintaining a clean, welcoming space for both guests and staff.
Schedule requirements
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Position is 3–4 days per week total
- Additional weekday shifts may be included based on availability
Weekend availability is required for consideration.
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Keep dining room and patio clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment
- Restock cups, plates, water jugs, and service items throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining room, patio, bathrooms, and building staircases
- Clean windows, floors, surfaces, and trash areas as needed
- Assist team members during busy service periods
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists
- Help maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the entire café
