Wage: $22/hr

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that materials are handled safely and effectively. This position involves various tasks related to shipping and receiving, order picking, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

7 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks.
• Operate order pickers and cranes to retrieve products from storage locations.
• Accurately pick orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are correct and in good condition.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and update the warehouse management system.
• Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Assist in maintaining an organized warehouse environment by properly storing materials and keeping work areas clean.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution with a strong understanding of materials handling processes.
• High School Diploma/ GED
