How you create impact
As a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our clients by communicating clearly, solving problems creatively, and collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional service. In this role, you’ll help drive customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and keep operations running smoothly.
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, products, and services.
- Handle escalated customer issues with tact and diplomacy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, operations, marketing, and technical support, to address customer issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and issues accurately in the customer service management system.
What we would like you to bring
- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in freight forwarding with knowledge of incoterms
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer care setting
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. #LI-TD1
