Accounting plays a vital role in our organization’s success. We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support a variety of accounting functions while helping our operating divisions achieve their financial and operational goals. Responsibilities
- Assist with oversight of the accounting department and support daily accounting operations
- Manage accounts receivable invoicing and collections activities
- Oversee weekly payroll processing for field employees
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records
- Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Support job cost analysis and construction-related financial reporting
- Manage fixed asset records and corporate insurance administration
