We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team.

The Role:

As Sous Chef, you will work directly with ownership and culinary leadership to help shape kitchen standards and mentor the team.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead execution during service with calm authority
• Maintain elevated plating and consistency standards
• Train and mentor cooks in technique and discipline
• Support seasonal menu development
• Uphold food safety and sanitation excellence
• Assist with inventory and cost management

Evening and weekend availability is required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $60-$65,000 annual salary
• Five-day work week with consistent scheduling
• 2 weeks paid time off
• Employer contribution to health insurance premium

• Shift meals provided

We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years progressive kitchen leadership experience
• Strong foundation in scratch cooking
• Respect for classic technique and ingredient integrity
• High standards without ego
• Desire to build something long-term
