TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Belleville, Illinois, 62226!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience required License: Valid State License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: - Previous ICU experience - Great team player - Ability to assist with line insertion and intubation - Familiarity with hypothermia protocols - Experience with CRRT/CVVHD and IABP preferred Description: Nights shift from 18:45 to 07:15. Every other weekend and every other holiday required. The facility has 24 ICU beds with a daily census of approximately 20 patients. Patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:2. Nurses will float within ICU and IMCU as needed. Candidates must be willing to support clinical needs across units. Experience with continuous IV sedation and interpretation of dysrhythmias is essential. Candidates will manage ventilators and assist with post-cardiac surgery care. Procedural sedation administration and monitoring experience preferred. Candidates must adhere to protocols within the unit, including using BiPAP and CPAP. Valid certifications in ACLS and BLS are mandatory. Flexible and adaptable clinicians are encouraged to apply. About Cynet Health
