• Organize and coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
• Handle correspondence and documentation related to leadership meetings.
• Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
• Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Provide general administrative support to the local office.
• Continuously improve administrative systems for enhanced efficiency.
