Job Overview
Lennon's at 16 West Jefferson Avenue in Downtown Naperville, IL is urgently hiring Food Runners, Hosts, and Bussers (Full-Time/Part-Time). We seek energetic, team-oriented individuals to deliver soulful hospitality in our vibrant multi-level dining and lounge space.
Position Summaries & Responsibilities
**Food Runners:**Verify dishes against order tickets for accuracy, modifications, and dietary/allergy notes.
Deliver hot, fresh small plates rapidly and accurately from the kitchen to correct guests.
Communicate table needs and assist floor staff dynamically.**Hosts:**Welcome guests warmly and manage the door/waitlist via OpenTable.
Coordinate smart table seating balancing server capacities and guest needs.
Set a positive, upbeat tone for the overall venue environment.**Bussers:**Clear and clean dirty plates, glassware, and utensils quickly.
Reset tables efficiently to keep up with high service tempos.
Stock service stations and assist servers to maintain room flow.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
- High energy with strong communication and team-first focus.
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 30–50 lbs.
- Flexible availability for evening and weekend peak service rushes.
