What You’ll Do

· Review and process loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate

· Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and customers, to gather necessary information.

· Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.

· Manage loan files and ensure timely processing to meet closing deadlines.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

· Have at least 2 years of experience in loan processing or a related field.

· Possess strong organizational and communication skills

· Are proficient with loan processing software and MS Office Suite

· Demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and customer service.

· Have hands-on experience with Fannie Mae guidelines and documentation standards.
