Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, service‑driven leader to oversee lawn care operations and serve as a trusted point of contact for our residential clients. This role blends horticultural awareness with hands‑on operational oversight, ensuring crews deliver consistent, high‑quality results. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who can train and motivate teams, strengthen client relationships, and support efficient, well‑coordinated property care services.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day lawn care operations including mowing, trimming, turf care, bed weeding, and mulching
• Directly supervise Property Care Foremen and support field crew performance
• Serve as the primary client contact for lawn care services
• Assess equipment issues in the field and determine appropriate corrective actions, including field adjustments, mechanic support, or dealer service
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and address service issues
• Support bidding by visiting sites and estimating time requirements for new work
• Assist with contract renewals by reviewing past service performance
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and additional work
• Coordinate closely with garden care administration and operations leadership

What You Bring

• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred; ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking crews required
• Experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance operations
• Prior supervisory experience leading crews or foremen
• Familiarity with lawn care equipment including stand-on mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and related tools
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and direct corrective measures without performing mechanical repairs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Work Environment

• Full-time, year-round, on-site role based in Wadsworth, IL
• Daily travel between residential client properties
• Company-provided vehicle for daily work use (non take-home), laptop, and mobile phone

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000
