Accounts Payable Specialist
- Sort, code, match, and enter invoices into multiple systems
- Prepare and process electronic payments, including ACH/EFT
- Perform check runs and maintain AP records
- Reconcile AP transactions and research discrepancies
- Support internal audit tasks and cross-functional accounting needs
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of AP experience
- Stable work history and strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized, manage shifting priorities, and follow instructions
- Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
