We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Home Equity Clerk.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Home Equity Clerk to manage the administrative tasks involved in the home equity loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and review home equity loan applications.

- Order and review appraisals, title reports, and flood certifications.

- Input loan data into the loan origination system, maintaining accurate file records.

- Update loan status information and communicate changes to relevant parties.

- Prepare closing documents and ensure all necessary signatures are obtained.

- Update Insurance tracking in financial operating system.

- Verify payment of real estate taxes on Home Equity loans.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- One year to three years of similar or related experience.

- Understanding of mortgage lending principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Customer service experience is a plus.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
