HVAC Residential Maintenance Tech

JNL Climate Control is currently looking for a Residential Maintenance to join our team. You need to have at least ONE year of experience performing cleanings on AC units and furnaces. Pay Rate: $21.00/hr. - $26.00/hr.- Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead HVAC Service Technician with more difficult tasks
• Conduct AC and furnace cleanings
• Communicate with the homeowners
• Adhere to industry and company safety protocols
• Learn and develop in the trade
• Maintain a professional appearance

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of residential HVAC experience
• Completion of a trade school is preferred
• Willingness to work hard
• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, access crawlspace and attics, use ladders
• Must be able to work extended hours during peak seasons
