About Us
AA Chicago Cleaning is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company servicing 100+ buildings across Chicago and expanding into new markets . We provide janitorial, maintenance, and property support services to multifamily and commercial clients.
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on On-Site Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality service at assigned properties.
This role requires both leadership and hands-on involvement .
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support janitorial staff at assigned properties
- Perform regular quality control inspections
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed per scope
- Train and onboard new employees
- Manage staff schedules and coverage
- Communicate with management regarding issues or needs
- Maintain supply inventory and report shortages
- Assist with cleaning when needed
Qualifications
- Spanish fluency is REQUIRED (must be able to communicate with staff daily)
- 2+ years of janitorial or facilities supervision experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable
- Ability to manage multiple properties/tasks
- Reliable transportation required
