Call Center Representative
LaSalle Network is seeking a Call Center Representative to join a fast-paced financial services team in Chicago! This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, helping customers, and staying organized while managing a high volume of calls.
You’ll play a key role in keeping clients informed, confident, and satisfied — all while growing your skills in a professional, team-driven environment.
Key Details:
Compensation: $17–$20/hour
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance available through LaSalle Network
Location: Chicago, IL
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
What’s the job?
Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers with financial account inquiries
Research and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies
Document all customer interactions accurately in internal databases
Collaborate with team members to ensure service goals are met
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during every customer interaction
What’s needed?
At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Self-motivated with a passion for helping others
