Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Shape the People Strategy at FUCHS
Location: Harvey, IL, US, 60426
Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually (Based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity)

As a Senior HR Business Partner , you’ll serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor—aligning HR initiatives with business goals while enhancing the employee experience. You’ll work closely with leaders and employees across the U.S. and Canada, supporting a broad range of HR functions in a fast-paced, global environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Build trusted relationships to support employee and labor relations and foster a positive work culture
- Deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding and new hire integration experience
- Manage U.S. and Canadian leave programs, including FMLA and ADA compliance
- Oversee visa processes and support international mobility assignments
- Serve as backup support for benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration
- Support limited recruiting efforts and deliver training on topics like workers’ comp and supervisor development
- Lead or participate in global and local HR initiatives, including system implementations and process improvements
Experience: 3–5 years in a generalist HR role with broad HR knowledge
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and workers’ compensation
• Experience with global mobility and visa processes (preferred)
• Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems
• Proven ability to lead or improve HR processes
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) strongly preferred
