Clinical Operations Lead
Clinical Operations Lead (westchester, IL)
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of a growing pain management practice in Westchester, IL.
- Formulate policies and manage daily operations consistent with other locations.
- Oversee staffing, workflow, and scheduling systems.
- Coordinate and assist the practice in advancing the use of technology and operational reporting.
- Manage patient interactions as needed, including resolving concerns and supporting billing workflows in coordination with the billing team.
- Requires knowledge of medical assistant duties and insurance verification processes.
- EMR systems experience required. eClinicalWorks experience is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations required. Demonstrated ability to lead required.
- Reports to Office Administrator.
