Job Title: Accounting Associate
Location: Moline, IL
Duration: 12 Months
Shift: 1st Shift hours
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Administrative assistance background preferred
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage purchase orders (PO) and invoices for the Tax Department
- Monitor and maintain office supply levels
- Complete and submit expense reports for the Tax Department
- Prepare simple annual reports for filing with the Secretary of State
- Coordinate departmental records and oversee record retention activities
- Perform ad hoc data entry and general administrative tasks as assigned
