Snow Removal Sidewalk Crew Member

As a Sidewalk Crew Member in our Snow Removal Division, you will help ensure that businesses and their customers can navigate walkways safely after snow and ice events. Responsibilities
- Remove snow and ice from pedestrian pathways using equipment such as mini skid steers, four-wheelers, snow blowers, and shovels.
- Work as part of a three-person crew under the direction of a crew foreman to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
- Adapt to working outdoors in various weather conditions, including cold, wet, and windy environments.
- Maintain a nonsmoking work environment; smokeless tobacco is permitted.
Qualifications
- No prior snow removal experience required; one year of experience is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Willingness to work on-call, including early mornings, with shifts that may last 6-8 hours or longer.
Compensation
$20 - $25 per hour
