What You'll Do:

• Will be responsible for the facilitation of the Memory Wellness programming for residents living with dementia and other related cognitive impairment living in our Memory Wellness household.
• Will work closely with the Memory Wellness Coordinator to execute a routine-based activity schedule, including a range of sensory-based and purposeful activities based on the interests of the residents we serve.
• Will maintain a therapeutic, dementia-friendly environment that upholds the highest level of well-being for the body, mind, and spirit of each resident, meeting their personal interests and empowering their capabilities.

What You'll Need:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (required)
• 1+ years working in Dementia Care/Rehab with persons living with dementia (required)
• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree in healthcare, therapy, education, social work, or related field preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with proven interpersonal abilities
• Computer literacy and accurate documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, staff, and community partners
