We're Hiring: G&A Finance Payroll Assistant
Full-Time | $24.00-$26.00 per Hour | Monday-Friday
Alliance Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join one of our growing clients.
This is a 6-month temporary assignment with the opportunity to become a permanent employee for the right individual.
If you have extensive experience processing multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in accuracy and compliance, we'd like to speak with you.
What You'll Do:
• Process weekly and bi-weekly multi-state payroll
• Maintain payroll records and employee data
• Process new hires, terminations, payroll changes, deductions, commissions, and garnishments
• Ensure payroll tax compliance
• Prepare quarterly reports and year-end W-2s
• Administer payroll-related benefits
• Partner with HR and Finance
• Resolve payroll discrepancies
• Support employees with payroll questions
Qualifications:
5+ years of payroll experience
5+ years using ADP Workforce Now
Multi-state payroll experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Payroll tax and compliance knowledge
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Opportunity: Temporary (6 Months) with potential for permanent hire.
